Conor started Sitkum Tree Service in 2010, carefully building it from a small operation to the trusted, high-level crew it is today. With a degree in Community, Environment, and Planning from the University of Washington and a minor in Forestry, Conor brings a rare blend of ecological insight and practical skill to every job.He honed his craft under the lead arborist at the Washington Park Arboretum, where he learned the fundamentals of tree care he still practices—and teaches—today. With over 15 years in the industry, more than a decade as an ISA Certified Arborist, and 8+ years as a Tree Risk Assessor, Conor pairs technical knowledge with a deep respect for trees, land, and people.

Always learning, always improving, Conor continues to study, train, and lead by example—building Sitkum’s reputation not just on masterful work and careful planning, but on trust. He helps clients understand what should be done and why, so they can get the most long-term value from their land and their investment.

Eric has been a core part of Sitkum since 2017 and was trained by Conor from the beginning. Whether he's pruning a 150-year-old maple or mapping out tree preservation zones on a future home site, Eric brings a rare mix of technical skill, calm leadership, and great communication. He’s equally comfortable guiding a crew through a tight removal as he is walking a client through their property goals.

Known for his approachable nature and deep knowledge of tree care, Eric keeps projects running smoothly—even when the scope changes or the neighbor asks, “Can you just take a look at one more tree?” He holds an ISA certification, a Class A CDL, and years of hands-on experience directing crews and running equipment across everything from fine pruning to large-scale forestry work.

With a background in residential concrete and site development, Cory brings an expert eye to everything from drainage and grading to the logistics of hauling, driving, and operating heavy equipment. Trained by Conor from day one, Cory has journeyman-level climbing and pruning skills, along with sharp instincts for complex removals and equipment management.

He's hands-on, highly skilled, and as comfortable in the trees as he is under the hood. With a Class A CDL and years of experience running gear, Cory makes sure every job has the tools, timing, and team it needs to get done right.
